HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

If you know exactly what you want, use the search function at the top right of the screen to quickly locate your item. If not, you do not know the exact item you would like to order browse through our selections by clicking on “Collections” at the top of the Home Page.

Choose the color (if applicable) and number of items you want and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping until you are ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket while you are shopping, click on "handbag icon” button at the top right-hand side of the page. When you are ready to check out click on the handbag icon and select “checkout”.

CAN I PLACE ORDERS IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

You can place orders in your local currency, by selecting your currency from the currency list at the top of every page. If your local currency is not listed, please contact us and we will add it to the list.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please check your email junk folder and add us to your safe list. If you still have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A RESPONSE FROM MY INQUIRY?

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will do our best to reply to you within the day 48 hours or sooner.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 2 to 3 days for the processing of your order. Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service and should reach you within 1 to 3 business days. A shipment confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped, and tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours thereafter.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All items are shipped from the United States. We do not dropship. Each handbag is packaged carefully in the United States and shipped from Texas.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may track your order on our Order Tracking page. Please note that you will need your Order Number and the Email Address you placed your order with.

THE PRODUCT I WISH TO PURCHASE IS SOLD-OUT

If a product is sold-out, please send your inquiry to contact@thebagicon.com.Alternatively, you can contact us via the Contact Us form here. We will respond within 48 hours.

I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER

If you have not received shipping confirmation yet, you may cancel your order. Please utilize the Contact Us form here. We will cancel your order and you will receive a confirmation that your order has been cancelled.

We will only use your details to keep you informed about our latest collections and special offers. We will not contact you by telephone unless it is regarding an order. We will not make your details available to any other companies or third parties.

In addition, we will use your details to manage your purchase such as sending confirmation emails and delivering your goods. You can check the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us or logging on to your account.
