1st time purchasing from this brand and it wont be the last. The bag is beautiful but what stood out most is how the bag was packaged and the personalized thank you card. I was smiling while observing the bag and reading the card.
cute bag, a little smaller than I anticipated, but great size for a night out. looks so similar to an expensive designer bag I've been eyeing for a while & it scratches that itch for me for a fraction of the price. received a really sweet card from the company's owner personally thanking me for my purchase! I feel good supporting a small business.
I LOVED everything about the ordering process, presentation of the bag and quality. I do have one dislike and that is the beige lining color (I believe it may show staining and be difficult to clean).
However I adore this bag. I bought the caramel color. This was my first Bag Icon purchase and there will be more. It is stunning in person.

I got both in khaki, matchy matchy! Love them both. The packaging was amazing and the personal note from Seneca very nice. Really nice addition to my collection and especially love that there aren’t stupid logos everywhere. Nice and classy! Thank you.
purchased the Doll Baby shoulder bag. Received it timely. I want to state the presentation upon opening the box was a very nice experience. I say this because I ordered two bags from another source and was surprised that they did not arrive in a protective box. But rather in plastic garbage bag looking material with little to protect the bags inside. The Bag Icon has the ability to read the room. The bag seems to have been packaged with care and pride. love this bag. it is actually larger than I thought but still a great crossbodu size. can easily fit any phone. had a statement look, glad i got it in the croc.
